Triathlon Swimming Session
These sessions will work on Base Conditioning / Strength Endurance, and form part of a progressive training plan. Sessions are suitable for all abilities (novice to experienced) to improve their front crawl or simply have a good aquatic workout.
They will be delivered by BTF Level 3 Coach, Welsh Triathlon Coach of the Year 2012 Mr Pete Jenkins
