A great pool workout to music. Toning, cardio and lots of fun!
Aqua Gym - Friday 10.30 - 11.15am
A fabulous workout in deep water, suspended by floatation belts that allow you to work in an effective, but entirely safe manner. This class is great for increasing mobility in your joints, as well as overall fitness.
Triathlon Swim - Tuesday 7pm, Thursday 7.15am
These sessions will work on Base Conditioning / Strength Endurance, and form part of a progressive training plan. Sessions are suitable for all abilities (novice to experienced) to improve their front crawl or simply have a good aquatic workout.
