Ms Emma Williams
Emma joined the University in August 2013 and has over twenty years' experience of higher education administration and management having previously worked at Falmouth University, the University of Wales, Lampeter and Oxford Brookes University. Emma is currently studying for a DBA in Higher Education Management in her spare time.
As Academic Registrar, Emma is responsible for a critical set of University services supporting the whole student journey from application to graduation. The Academic Registry also provides professional support services which underpin the core activities of academic faculties and departments.
The Academic Registry incorporates: admissions, student records, postgraduate research student administration, quality assurance, collaborative provision, examinations, appeals, complaints, graduation and certification. Responsibility for supporting the University's academic committees also rests with the Academic Registry.
