Kerry joined the University in 2004 as the Examinations Secretary in the Department of Law and Criminology before transferring to the Academic Registry in 2014. Before joining the University Kerry graduated from UCLAN with a BA (Hons) Economics and worked for several large IT companies such as Intel and ntl: before becoming a Corporate Account Manager in the IT sector in London.

As Assistant Registrar Kerry is responsible for the day to day management of the QA Team as well as maintaining oversight of University-level policies and procedures, including scheme development and portfolio review, monitoring student progress, and the Academic Appeal and Final Review procedures. Kerry is also responsible for the development and review of the Academic Quality Handbook.

In addition to this Kerry also provides dedicated QA support to the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences.
