This postgraduate learning workshop brings together PhD students working in the area(s) of security cooperation in Europe, regardless of their institutional affiliation. The workshop provides an opportunity for students to present their work in a friendly environment, to receive feedback and comments within a distinctive “work-in-progress” atmosphere and to practice presentation skills in panel sessions. In addition, roundtable discussions allow participants to exchange ideas and opinions on topical issues and events. Four lectures from guest speakers will be given, demonstrating through their own accomplished research the current state of the field and adding to the networking opportunity for early scholars working in the field of European security cooperation.

The workshop takes place at the Department of International Politics, Aberystwyth University and it will last for two days. Attendance is free of charge, but registration is required as places are limited. The deadline for registration is the 17th of September 2012. Navigate through this page for more details and do not hesitate to contact us with further queries.
