Prizes

Conference participants who are PhD students will have the opportunity to submit their full papers by Friday 4th September 2026 to be considered for the Best Paper Prize.

 

Submissions should be made via email to Just Transition and Environmental Justice Conference 

 

The Best PhD Student Paper Prize

A prize will be awarded for the best PhD student piece of writing within any of the Conference Themes. To be considered for this, please submit a full paper (maximum 8,000 -12,000 words, using OSCOLA Referencing Style, and including footnotes) by Friday 4th September 2026. The winning paper will be included in the proposed Conference output i.e. a Special Issue Journal or Yearbook.

 

The winner of this prize will be announced during the Conference.
