Business leaders from across the region have taken part in a Business Breakfast hosted by Aberystwyth Business School in partnership with Mid Wales Manufacturing Group (MWMG).

The popular event, held at the Business School on the Llanbadarn campus in April, focused on building and refreshing relationships with the local business community.

Representatives from a variety of sectors were in attendance alongside Aberystwyth based companies Menter a Busnes and Aber Instruments.

Professor Jo Crotty, Institute Director for Business and Law said: “Aberystwyth Business School was delighted to support MWMG with the business breakfast. It was a great opportunity for business people from across the region to meet and make connections. It is essential that our School is embedded in the local business community and this event allowed us to showcase and demonstrate how we can provide opportunities with these companies.”

Ceri Stephens, Group Manager at Mid Wales Manufacturing Group and Relationship Manager of Mid Wales Chamber of Commerce said: “I would like to thank the Business School at Aberystwyth University for working with us on the Business Breakfast event. We were able to bring together a diverse range of companies from across the region to network and gain a greater understanding of each other’s operations.  I look forward to future events where we can build upon these connection for the benefit of the region.”

The Business Breakfast is just one way in which Aberystwyth Business School is engaging with the local business community.
