Amy Daniel

Profile

I am a multi-award-winning filmmaker whose work has broadcast and screened internationally, including at BAFTA and Academy Award-qualifying festivals. In partnership with Aberystwyth University, I’m currently developing a carbon neutral production company, supported by Media Cymru, which aims to create systemic change in the way film and television is made.

A selection of research grants, commissions, and speaking engagements that I've undertaken since working with Aberystwyth University can be found below. Prior to moving to Wales, I worked internationally as a filmmaker, including projects in London, Paris, and Rio de Janeiro, as well as teaching filmmaking to women working towards conflict resolution in Israel and Palestine.
