Brief description
Each degree scheme will have its own tutorial syllabus which focuses on the most recent research findings in the discipline. Topical issues are discussed which highlight the contribution geographers have to make in solving environmental, social and economic challenges in the 21st century. Embedded within the syllabus are sessions focusing on students own personal and skills development and activities which encourage engagement with employability. This module forms an important part of the IGES pastoral support system and it is here that the APPR programme is delivered.
