On successful completion of this module students should be able to:
Brief description
The course is designed to introduce students to some of the important themes encountered in European society of the High Middle Ages. The course aims to provide a thematic framework for the study of the political, social and intellectual structures which formed medieval society, and will do so by focusing on England within a comparative European perspective.
