THE REGISTRATION TIMETABLE FOR SEPTEMBER 2023/24 WILL BE AVAILABLE HERE IN JULY 2023

REGISTRATION AT OTHER TIMES OF THE YEAR

If you are registering at any other time of the year (other than September) you are advised to contact your department(s) for advice on your module choices. 

Your department will enter your modules choices on to your record, you will then need to complete the ‘online registration task’ via your Student Record on the web. The task will be available on your record at least 5 days before your start date and you MUST complete the registration task within 5 days after your official start date.

Postgraduate Registration September 2022

ALL STUDENTS MUST COMPLETE REGISTRATION ON-LINE FROM THEIR “STUDENT RECORD”

ADVISING AND PRE-REGISTRATION FOR ALL NEW STUDENTS

Advising for Study Schemes & Modules takes place online for all new taught students by completing the Pre-registration task on the student record. The Pre-registration task will be available to all new taught students from the 19 September until Monday 26 September 2022. Students MUST take advice from their departments BEFORE completing the Pre-registration task.  See below for information on PGCE Registration.

REGISTRATION FOR ABERYSTWYTH CAMPUS STUDENTS

NEW STUDENTS should complete online registration through the student record on the web from Tuesday 27 September 2022.

RETURNING PART-TIME STUDENTS should seek advice from the department(s) BEFORE completing online registration. The Online Registration task will be available on the Student Record from 9.00 am on Thursday 22 September 2022.

PGCE - NEW STUDENTS should complete online registration through the student record on the web on Monday 5 September 2022.

 

DISTANCE LEARNING COURSES

NEW STUDENTS - The window for online registration will open 9 days before the start date on your offer letter.

RETURNING STUDENTS - The Online Registration task will be available on the Student Record from 9.00 am on Thursday 22 September 2022.

 

STUDENTS WITH ANY QUESTIONS or anyone who needs help to complete the On-Line Registration task can come along to the Registration Helpdesk in the Hugh Owen Library foyer from 9am to 5pm Monday 26, Tuesday 27 or Wednesday 28 September.  Alternatively you may contact the Student Administration Office using any of the following contact details:
