Pre-Registration

Department of History and Welsh History

If you are taking a degree scheme which is taught jointly with another department you must ensure you meet their pre-registration requirements too.

The following are specific requirements for students taking single and joint honours schemes in the Department of History and Welsh History.

The Department of History and Welsh History will place advice for Pre-registration on the Blackboard site, under the Organisations section, in the folder  ‘Undergraduate Information: Department of History and Welsh History ’. This advice will be available from Monday 14th September onwards. This module has a folder called ‘Pre-Registration’ which will include advisory information for study schemes and module requirements for 2026/27. You will then enter your chosen modules on your student record using the Pre-registration task by the end of Monday 21st September.

Remember that if you have any questions about Pre-registration, you can contact the Part-One Tutor, Dr Arddun Arwyn (aha08@aber.ac.uk), on or after Monday, the 14th of September. You are also welcome to contact the department directly by emailing hisstaff@aber.ac.uk
