Pre-Registration

Department of Modern Languages

If you are taking a degree scheme, which is jointly taught with another department, you must ensure that you also meet their pre-registration requirements.

The following are specific requirements for students taking single, joint or major/minor schemes with the Department of Modern Languages

Your registration is done in two steps: Pre-Registration and Registration

The Department of Modern Languages will place advice for Pre-registration on the Blackboard site of the module DEPT-D-UG-O: Modern Languages Undergraduate Information

This advice will be available from Monday 18th September onwards. This module has a folder called “First Year Pre-registration” which will include an advisory video and other useful information for your module choices.

You will then enter your chosen modules on your student record using the Pre-registration task by the end of Monday 25th September.

Remember that if you have any questions about Pre-registration you can contact your personal tutor or the module coordinators.

Your tutors will be available to hold individual meetings via Microsoft Teams or to discuss your questions by email.

You are also welcome, to contact the department directly by emailing Part I tutor: Alex Mangold arm@aber.ac.uk or modernlangs@aber.ac.uk.
