Department of Theatre, Film and Television Studies

If you are taking a degree scheme which is taught jointly with another department you must ensure you meet their Pre-Registration requirements too.

The following are specific requirements for students taking single and joint honours schemes in the Department of Theatre, Film and Television Studies.

The Department of Theatre, Film and Television Studies will be holding online Pre-Registration briefings via Microsoft Teams during the week of the 7th of September, and 1st year students will receive information about these through email from their Degree Scheme Coordinator about these during the week of the 31st of August. Degree Scheme Coordinators will also be available to hold individual meetings via Microsoft Teams or your questions may be answered via email.

The Department will also place advice for Pre-registration on the Blackboard site of the module ‘Undergraduate Information: Theatre, Film and Television Studies'. This advice will be available from Monday 14th September onwards. This module has a folder called ‘Pre-Registration’ which will include advisory information for study schemes and module requirements for 2026/27. You will then enter your chosen modules on your student record using the Pre-registration task by the end of Monday 21st September.
