ADVISING AND PRE-REGISTRATION FOR ALL NEW STUDENTS
Advising for Study Schemes & Modules takes place online for all new students by completing the Pre-registration task on the student record. The Pre-registration task will be available to all new students from the 14 September until the 21 September. Students MUST take advice from their departments BEFORE completing the Pre-registration task.
If you have completed the Foundation year of a course during the 2020 academic year and are now registering for the first year of the degree itself, please see below for guidance.
REGISTRATION FOR ALL STUDENTS
ALL FIRST YEAR STUDENTS TAKING LEVEL ZERO AND/OR LEVEL ONE MODULES should complete online registration through the student record on the web from Tuesday 22 September.
ALL PART TWO RETURNING STUDENTS (those doing years two and above and modules at level two and above) WHO HAVE COMPLETED PRE-REGISTRATION SUCCESSFULLY in April can register for their study scheme and modules on-line. The Online Registration task will be available on the Student Record from 9.00 am on Thursday 17 September.
PART TWO RETURNING STUDENTS (those doing years two and above and modules at level two and above) WHO HAVE NOT COMPLETED PRE-REGISTRATION in April or if their scheme or modules will be changing should seek advice from the department(s) BEFORE completing online registration. Departments have designated Wednesday 23 September to advise Part Two students who need advising on modules choices.
Students undertaking a course which includes a Foundation Year who COMPLETED THE FOUNDATION YEAR during the 2020 academic year, and are now registering for the first year of the degree, will NOT have access to the Pre-Registration task on their student record.
