Undergraduate Registration Timetable September 2024

Advising and Pre-registration

Pre-Registration for all New Students (Except BSC Nursing, BVSC Veterinary Science and Distance Learning Courses)

Advising for Study Schemes and Modules takes place online for all new students by completing the Pre-registration task on the Student Record on the web.

The Pre-registration task will be available to all new students from Monday 16 September until the Monday 23 September.  Students MUST take advice from their departments BEFORE completing the Pre-registration task.  

Registration for all Students

First Year Students (Part One) taking Level 0 and/or Level 1 Modules

ALL FIRST YEAR STUDENTS TAKING LEVEL ZERO AND/OR LEVEL ONE MODULES - (EXCEPT BSC NURSING, BVSC VETERINARY SCIENCE DEGREE AND DISTANCE LEARNING COURSES) should complete the Online Registration task through the Student Record on the web on Tuesday 24 September.

BSC Nursing Degree Students

BSC NURSING DEGREE STUDENTS should complete the Online Registration task through the Student Record on the web from 9.00am Thursday 29 August.  The registration task closes Wednesday 11 September.

BVSC Veterinary Science Degree Students

BVSC VETERINARY SCIENCE DEGREE STUDENTS should complete the Online Registration task through the Student Record on the web from 9.00 am on Thursday 12 September.  The registration task closes 25 September.

Part Two Students who completed Pre-Registration successfully

ALL PART TWO STUDENTS (those doing year two and above and modules at level two and above) WHO HAVE COMPLETED PRE-REGISTRATION SUCCESSFULLY can register for their study scheme and modules on-line.  The Online Registration task will be available on the Student Record from 9.00 am on Thursday 19 September.  

Part Two Students who have not completed Pre-Registration

PART TWO STUDENTS (those doing year two and above and modules at level two and above) WHO HAVE NOT COMPLETED PRE-REGISTRATION or if their scheme or modules will be changing should seek advice from the department(s) BEFORE completing online registration. Departments have designated Wednesday 25 September to advise Part Two students who need advising on modules choices.  Students should complete the Online Registration task via their Student Record after the department(s) have entered their choice of modules on their record.  

Distance Learning Courses

New students the window for online registration will open 9 days before the start date on your offer letter.

Returning students the Online Registration task will be available on the Student Record from 9.00 am on 19 September 2024.  Students should complete the Online Registration task by 5pm Wednesday 25 September.

ALL STUDENTS should have completed the Online Registration task by 5pm on Wednesday 25th September 2024 (except Nursing and Veterinary Science who should have completed registration earlier).

 

STUDENTS WITH ANY QUESTIONS or anyone who needs help to complete the On-Line Registration task can come along to the Registration Helpdesk in the Hugh Owen Library foyer from 9am to 5pm Monday 23, Tuesday 24 or Wednesday 25 September.  Alternatively you may contact the Student Administration Office using any of the following contact details:
