Social Media Marketing

Social media is used as the main channel to direct potential customers to web sites. This course will give you the skills to set up a marketing funnel and to analyse your strategy. Topics will include learning to write to match your customer’s needs, creating a social media plan, devising quality hashtags that target your audience as well as engaging with new customers. You will review an existing business to analyse how others use the different platforms. This is an online module with self paced tasks and regular tutor feedback.
