Lifelong Learning: Course Enrolment Form

Thank you for purchasing a Lifelong Learning course(s) via our online shop. Now you need to fully enrol on the course by completing this online form.  

Our courses are subsidised by the Higher Education Funding Council Wales (HEFCW). This means we can keep our course fees affordable so as many people as possible can access higher education opportunities. However, to be able to receive this funding, we need to provide some statistical information about our students to the Higher Education Statistics Agency (HESA). This means we need to ask you for a bit more information about yourself. Thank you in advance for completing these additional questions as it means we can continue to offer affordable Lifelong Learning courses.  

There is a small amount of personal information that you have already provided when completing your online shop purchase that you also need to include in the enrolment form. This is because the shop is managed by the Finance Department and the enrolments by Lifelong Learning. Thank you for including this small amount of information again. 

Before you begin this form, you will need the code(s) and title(s) of the course(s) you wish to enrol on. These can be found in your shop receipt we have emailed to you, under Item.
