MSc Applied Positive Psychology

My journey with Psychology started at Aberystwyth University, where I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. As I wanted to learn more about the ‘positive’ aspects of Psychology and understand what can help people thrive and not merely function, I went on to study a Master’s in Applied Positive Psychology. What I learnt was truly transformational thus I wanted to share it with others – in 2021 I started delivering the Applied Positive Psychology courses for Lifelong Learning.

Since 2017, I’ve been working in the higher education sector supporting students and staff in using digital tools for learning and teaching. Currently, I work with the University of Bristol Digital Education Office as a Senior Digital Education Developer. The expertise I gained through my work helps me design courses that are engaging, interactive and provide an inclusive learning experience to students.
