To book an appointment slot with a student adviser
Access our on-line portal and use the Book tab to choose an appointment slot.


Triage - if you are not sure what slot to pick and would like to speak to a money adviser

Hardship - To submit a hardship form or if you have no money for basic living costs.

Student Finance -  if you are having any issues with your student finance such as:

  • been refused finance or
  • are concerned about funding.


  • email with your query in the first instance. We normally respond to any electronic enquiries within three working days.
  • Or phone 01970 621761 and ask for a call back. You will be given a time slot and should be available within that slot.

If your query requires a more in-depth discussion or response than can be dealt with in triage or by email, you may be offered an appointment.

Until further notice, such appointments will be conducted over the phone or remotely face-to-face via MS Teams only.
