Students can access our services in the way that suits them best, be that in-person, on campus (in the Student Welcome Centre), online or over the phone.
To book an appointment slot with a student adviser
Access our on-line portal https://aims.aber.ac.uk/ and use the Book tab to choose an appointment slot.
Hardship - To submit a hardship form or if you have no money for basic living costs.
Student Finance - if you are having any issues with your student finance such as:
- been refused finance or
- are concerned about funding.
- email firstname.lastname@example.org with your query in the first instance. We normally respond to any electronic enquiries within three working days.
- Or phone 01970 621761 and ask for a call back. You will be given a time slot and should be available within that slot.
If your query requires a more in-depth discussion or response than can be dealt with in triage or by email, you may be offered an appointment.
