Ers ymuno â Phrifysgol Aberystwyth, mae’r Dr Rahman wedi chwarae rhan mewn datblygu a dysgu modiwlau israddedig mewn ymchwil meintiol a bioseicolegol o astudio ymddygiad dynol.

Ymchwil

Ysgogiad a newid ymddygiad mewn seicoleg iechyd ac ymarfer corff yw prif ddiddordebau Dr Rahman, ac mae hefyd wedi gweithio fel swyddog ymchwil ar ‘Gynlluniau Ymarfer Corff Ceredigion’ yn ymchwilio i ba mor effeithiol yw ymarfer corff o ran gwella cleifion, o safbwynt eu lles seicolegol a’r ffactorau sy’n gallu lleihau risgiau clefyd y galon.
