Ford is module convenor for PS20620: Psychology in Practice and PS11710: Personal Development Planning.Ford also contributes to PS11320: Investigation and Communication and PS11820: Historical and Philosophical Foundations of Psychology.

 

Ymchwil

Ford’s research to date has comprised mainly of qualitative and quantitative commercial research in consumer and industrial marketing; along with youth and adult training. He also has extensive experience of action research within further education. His current research interest is within health psychology and the marketing of natural-environment exercise within rural Wales.

Bywgraffiad

Ford joined the Department of Psychology in December 2011 from middle management of Psychology within further education. He has extensive experience in Psychology PGCE teacher training, student services and pastoral care. Before entering teaching, he held positions within commercial consumer and industrial marketing, both consultancy and in-house. Ford is currently awaiting confirmation of Chartered Psychologist membership of the British Psychological Society.
