Foundation
|
International Foundation Programme (September -June)
Certificate of Secondary Education (Sixth Form Baccalaureate) or Certificate of Preparatory Education with minimum 65% overall and in relevant subjects.
Candidates who narrowly miss the academic entry requirements may be considered subject to interview.
FastTrack International Foundation Programme (January – June)
Certificate of Secondary Education (Sixth Form Baccalaureate) or Certificate of Preparatory Education with minimum 75% overall and in relevant subjects.
Candidates who narrowly miss the academic entry requirements may be considered subject to interview.

Undergraduate (Bachelors)
|
Applicants for a foundation or direct entry Bachelors programme are required to have completed their last period of study within a maximum of 2 years of the course start date at Aberystwyth.
UG English Language Requirements

Postgraduate (Masters)
|
Degree equivalent to UK Honours bachelor’s degree (2:2 minimum), similar to a Masters degree at 60%, some will require a 66.5% or above.
PG English Language Requirements
|
|
Research (PhD)
|
Ordinarily you will need a strong grade from your Bachelors degree (2:1 equivalent or above), and/or a Masters degree.
You will also need to write a comprehensive research proposal as part of your application. It is advised to identify a potential supervisor in advance.
