Entry Requirements

Pre-sessional English	6 week Pre-sessional English Will improve your English Language ability by the equivalent of 0.5 IELTS points. 12 week Pre-sessional English Will improve your English Language ability by the equivalent of 1.0 IELTS points.
Foundation	International Foundation Programme (September -June) General Secondary Education (Baccalaureat Libanais) with minimum 65% overall and in relevant subjects. Candidates who narrowly miss the academic entry requirements may be considered subject to interview. FastTrack International Foundation Programme (January – June) General Secondary Education (Baccalaureat Libanais) with minimum 75% overall and in relevant subjects. Candidates who narrowly miss the academic entry requirements may be considered subject to interview.
Undergraduate (Bachelors)	GCE A levels (or equivalent). Offers can vary depending on the course but are typically in the range of 104 - 128 UCAS tariff points. Applicants with a recognised International Foundation Year will also be considered. Postgraduate (Masters)	Degree equivalent to UK Honours bachelor’s degree (2:2 minimum). The average grades depend on the course chosen, with the minimum for some courses being: Bachelor's degree: 76.5% Licence degree: 14.0 PG English Language Requirements
Research (PhD)	Ordinarily you will need a strong grade from your Bachelors degree (2:1 equivalent or above), and/or a Masters degree. You will also need to write a comprehensive research proposal as part of your application. It is advised to identify a potential supervisor in advance.

Aberystwyth Lebanon Scholarship (Undergraduate)	£2,000 tuition fee discount for every taught year of studies	Students must be self-funded and not receive any other scholarships apart from the International Accommodation Award.
Vice-Chancellor's Scholarship (Postgraduate)	£2,000 - £3,000 tuition fee discount	Students with an equivalent of a UK First Honours degree will be eligible for a £3,000 discount. Students with an equivalent of a UK Upper Second (2:1) or Lower Second (2:2) degree will receive a £2,000 discount. Students must be self-funded and not receive any other scholarships apart from the International Accommodation Award.
International Accommodation Award (Foundation, Undergraduate and Postgraduate)	International students are eligible to receive zero-cost university accommodation. Subject to availability. Terms and conditions apply.	See our International Accommodation Award page for more information.
