On successful completion of this module students should be able to:
demonstrate an appreciation of qualitative research methodologies that can be employed in research in the field of accounting and finance
conduct analysis and evaluation of aspects of accounting, governance and audit in both the private and the public sector.
This module provides an insight into the nature of case study based research in accounting and finance both in terms of the underlying methodological issues and in terms of the insights that may be derived from the study of specific cases.
