- Review and evaluate scientific literature and apply results to the development of livestock production systems.
- Demonstrate retained knowledge of how science can be applied to the improvement of livestock reproduction, lactation, health and growth & development.
- Discuss ethical and social issues related to the application of livestock sciences.
