Functional class predictions for ORFs in the Arabidopsis genome

These are the predictions made for A. thaliana ORFs. The classes were taken from the MIPS functional catalog on 3/3/04 and GeneOntology on 2/3/04 and are listed at Arabidopsis classes. The predictions are described in the paper Functional Genomics for Arabidopsis thaliana, Bioinformatics. See also the results of similar work for Saccharomyces cerevisiae.
