Self Harm

We all have various coping strategies to help manage difficult situations, thoughts and emotions. If you identify a coping strategy that is harmful to you, then it is important to seek help so that you can talk about the strategies and identify any helpful strategies that may prevent harm. We advise you to contact your GP in the first instance, although if you are feeling you are unable to keep yourself safe then seek emergency help.
