Rheolwr Prosiect y Hwb Cyfnewid Gwybodaeth, gyda ffocws ar ddatblygu a chyflwyno gweithgareddau cyfnewid gwybodaeth sy’n cysylltu ymchwil, arloesedd, addysg ac ymarfer ar draws y sectorau amaethyddol a seiliedig ar dir. Mae gennyf brofiad helaeth o reoli prosiectau a rhaglenni cyfnewid gwybodaeth a ariennir gan y llywodraeth, gan gynnwys arwain pecyn gwaith cyfnewid gwybodaeth ar gyfer Biomass Connect.

Rwy’n aelod o Fwrdd Cyfnewid Gwybodaeth a Masnacheiddio IBERS ac yn cyfrannu at fentrau diwylliant a chydraddoldeb sefydliadol drwy Athena Swan. Yn ogystal â’m gwaith ym maes rheoli prosiectau a chyfnewid gwybodaeth, rwy’n darlithio ar ystod o bynciau gan gynnwys iechyd a chynhyrchu anifeiliaid, gwyddor pridd, ac asesu cylch bywyd (LCA).
