Wedi cwblhau'r modiwl dylai'r myfyrwyr fedru:

1. Examine the historical development of human resource management, both as an academic discipline and within organizations.
2. Locate organizations' approaches to recruitment, selection and training within the wider industrial relations context.
3. Critically evaluate structures for the performance management and remuneration of employees, with reference to their implications for employee incentives and motivation.
4. Critically assess the approaches of organizations to employee health and safety, and ethical issues such as wellbeing and sustainability.
5. Evaluate the importance of leadership in the organization.

This module examines the key concepts of Human Resource Management that are used to lead, motivate, manage and remunerate people in contemporary organizations.

Datrys Problemau	Students will be introduced to and will work through problem solving issues throughout this module. They will be expected to identify and engage with the problems and issues throughout the course and will be encouraged to push their existing boundaries to answer these questions in creative and innovative ways.
Gwaith Tim	Seminars to include group exercises.
Gwella dysgu a pherfformiad ei hun	Students to show awareness of their own learning styles, personal preferences and needs, and identify barriers to learning. Demonstrate self awareness and manage completion of coursework and development of individual research skills.
Rhifedd	Analysis of relevant numerical reports, particularly to inform coursework.
Sgiliau pwnc penodol	An ability to locate the Human Resource Management function within the wider organization and business environment.
Sgiliau ymchwil	Students will have to prepare an individual assignment based on data and information that they will have to collect, have to arrange coherently in a written document all the relevant material gathered. Student will need to demonstrate their research skills in preparation for lectures and tutorials, as well as in their group exercises.
Technoleg Gwybodaeth	Through accessing various sources for reference material, use of word processing skills in the completion of the coursework, development of powerpoint and presentation skills.
