Yn 2006 cefais fy mhenodi'n fel Cynorthwy-ydd Ymchwil Yr Athro Mike Pearson i drefnu digwyddiadau lledaenu oedd yn amgylchynu'r blaendal o archif Brith Gof yn y Llyfrgell Genedlaethol Cymru. Bûm yn gweithio fel y prif drefnydd ar gyfer cyfres o ddigwyddiadau undydd cyhoeddus a chyfranogol o dan y teitl 'Rhwng Cof ac Archif'. Yn 2008, dyfarnwyd ysgoloriaeth doethuriaeth AHRC i gynnal ymchwil sy'n seiliedig ar ymarfer dan oruchwyliaeth yr Athro Mike Pearson a'r Athro Heike Roms. Ym mis Tachwedd 2012 Rwy'n llwyddodd i amddiffyn fy thesis yn dwyn y teitl 'Digital notation: new approaches to physical theatre and its documents'. Ym mis Ionawr 2013 cefais fy mhenodi'n fel Darlithydd mewn Theatr a Pherfformio.
Mae Louise yn arlunydd cyswllt gyda chwmni theatr arbrofol ar hyn o bryd 'Almost Human'.

Mae fy ymchwil yn seiliedig ar ymarfer archwilio ac yn cwestiynu y rhagdybir oruchafiaeth addysgeg wyneb-yn-wyneb mewn sefyllfaoedd gweithdy, yn fwy cyffredinol y ffyrdd y mae addysgeg gwneud perfformiad yn cael eu rhannu. Mae fy ymchwil presennol yn archwilio'r posibiliadau creadigol ar gael gyda chyflwyniad fideo, cyfarwyddiadau wedi'u recordio ymlaen llaw a ffotograffiaeth fel dulliau gweithgar o drosglwyddo ar gyfer symud. Hyn o bryd rwy'n edrych ar y cydadwaith rhwng offer creadigol digidol ac ymarfer addysgu a sut mae hyn wedi hwyluso ailasesu fy rôl yn yr ystafell.
