Mae Hayley wedi gweithio ym Mhrifysgol Aberystwyth ers mis Tachwedd 2017.

Ar ôl 5 mlynedd yn gweithio yn y Swyddfa Datblygu a Chysylltiadau Alumni, ymunodd Hayley â'r Ganolfan Saesneg Ryngwladol ym mis Rhagfyr 2022 fel Rheolwr Gweinyddol. 

Yn y swydd, mae'n tywys myfyrwyr rhyngwladol ar eu taith o’r broses ymgeisio hyd at eu hastudiaethau israddedig.

Mae Hayley’n gyfrifol am sicrhau bod prosesau gweinyddol yn cael eu cyflwyno’n esmwyth o fewn y Ganolfan Saesneg Ryngwladol, gan weithio'n agos gyda'r staff addysgu Saesneg, y tîm Derbyn Myfyrwyr, y tîm Cydymffurfio â UKVI, y tîm Preswylfeydd a mwy.
