Functional class predictions for ORFs in the yeast genome

These are the predictions made for S. cerevisiae ORFs belonging to classes "99: UNCLASSIFIED PROTEINS" and "98: CLASSIFICATION NOT YET CLEAR-CUT". The classes were taken from the MIPS functional catalog on 24/4/02, and are listed in the file classes.txt. The predictions are described in the PhD thesis "Machine learning and data mining for yeast functional genomics", Amanda Clare, UWA (February 2003, 1Mb pdf) and in Clare, A. and King R.D.
